 As a provider of day services to Ross County, Ohio, adults with MRDD, we do not participate in determining individual eligibility. Determinations are made by the Ross County Board of MRDD, Office of Service and Support Administration, using the Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument (OEDI).
Eligibility is based on substantial limitations in at least 3 of these 7 areas:
 Self Care
Receptive and Expressive Language
Mobility
Learning
Capacity for Independent Living
Self-Direction
Economic Self-Sufficiency
